Drooping head purple bud

My sister was given some unnamed seeds which she put in her garden this is the result can they be ID please thank you poppy

I'm jealous :'( She has much better luck with hers than I did.

 

Any special name or is it just poppy :-D

 

By looking at the leaves I'd guess it's a Papaver somniferum-type, but I'm no poppy-expert. I'm certain somebody else will know for sure.

 

They do look like a Somniferum-type to me too Droopy. I'd love to see another shot when those buds open

 

I think you will have some gorgeous blooms soon.
