    The ducks at the lagoon have a hard time too when the snow comes. Fortunately it never stays long.

    Oh...these are just beautiful. I don't see that type of duck here in New Jersey. They really have pretty coloring.

    Ahhh a good close-up of a pair of Northern Pintails. We had a one of these Pintails(Anas acuta acuta)on a reservoir near here a few weeks ago and it attracted lots of local twitchers. It was thought to have been blown off course by the recent gales we've been experiencing. Sadly I didn't manage to even catch a glimpse of it so it was great to see your photograph.
