I am SO impressed with the hollyhocks this year! The humming birds just love them :-D
Does anyone have any real tiny hollyhock seeds they'd like to sell or trade? I have the Mallow so I don't need anymore of that one. Is there such a thing as a Dwarf Hollyhock??? I have 2 barrels in front of the garage that I'd love to put a little hollyhock in :-D
    Thanks
    Deanna
    :-D

The Latin name will go a long way to help ID the one you are looking for, I have this one....
Malva sylvestris (Common Mallow, High Mallow)....that was labeled Dwarf Hollyhock when I bought it.

Is this the one you are looking for?

Mine got a little carried away with themselves the first couple of years, I dug up and gave away over 60 seedlings one spring. But since then they have been well behaved.
