I started splitting firewood today. There are several reasons why I started early. 1. The weather was nice. 2. I need to get it out of the yard. 3. It is so wet, I have to split it and get it under cover, so it can dry out. 4. It was really nice out!

It's never too early to start filling the woodshed for winter Capt! I wish I had some to split!

What a good feeling you will have when you have enough split wood for the next year and it is 90 degrees out there Summer. You will think back and remember how wise you had been.

    That is an "attaboy".
