Eileen I burned my schnitzel for this!

    While making dinner the other day, I turned to see the most beautiful sunset. By the time I found my camera and went out to snap your piccie, my schnitzel was burnt! Your picture turned out good though!

    I should have taken a photo of my schnitzel...it wasn't pretty!

    I still need around another 170 Sharon. I love all the variations from around the world. I just hope I can do justice to them all when I have enough to make the big sunset/sunrise mosaic.
