We visited a large garden centre on our break and here are some of the photographs we took while we were there. I loved the different styles of garden furniture and the bridges. No I didn't buy any plants - I think I must be sickening for something!!
Those bridges really ARE quiter nice, Eileen. I'll bet Toni would like to have one of those! I liked those benches that looked a bit like wheelchairs. It was fun to see the garden center pics. But when I read thast you didn't buy anything there...well, I was in a state of shock there for a moment. Wait one--I'm going to call Guinness.
I'm loving that greenhouse of all those flowers. You didn't even get just one? I must have 1 or 2 of something. I also like those 2 bridge picts.
I had to look back at the planter several times -- that I can just imagine with something vining delicately around the branches... I like that quite a lot.
My goodness you all know me very well don't you???? I do love bridges, they are a symbol of change and I have made a lot of changes in my life over the last few years. I told Randy to come look at what I wanted when I saw them. His folks have several cedar trees on their property, guess I will have to start taking my chain saw down there when we go for a visit so I can have a bridge too. The creek part might be a tad harder to create tho. But I am willing to try. I love the looks of the garden centers you and Sjoerd get to wander thru. By comparison, ours look like a jumble of plants just stuck on tables with no interest in making them look appealing....and that is at the major nurseries, not just the big box stores.
Now that was a lot of nice, different-looking garden stash and furniture. I like that bridge too, a lot.
