Buddy and Nyla like the sun but not the heat so much and any running around is left for the mornings or early evening.

And if the weather isn't so good they're good company for each other.

Nyla and Buddy are gorgeous dogs. It must be quite hard though to keep them looking so pristine.

That "play buddies" one looks like the one is telling the other one a secret! :D

They're gorgeous dogs, and yes, I echo Eileen's sentiment....the work involved in their grooming must be legion!

Thank you, Eileen we think so too :D

I just do what I can in the way of grooming, which with Nyla in particular isn't much as she won't sit still long enough, not even with treats. Buddy is a lot better now he is twelve. He likes to have some 'Mum' time and will stretch out and generally enjoy the attention.

For a deeper clean,so to speak,I rely on the grooming salon at the kennels they go to when we're away. Not cheap but I can't do it myself so worth every penny. They only ever get one or possibly two baths a year but no one has ever said they don't smell good which is fab!

By the time we get back from Wales next week they will both be clean and spruced and if I remember I'll take some pictures before it wears off :D
