My enviromesh house is wonderful. My hubby and I sewed it all together with fish line. The frame is left over from our boating days. The door is a window screen that I covered with a garden blanket. Took two days, but it is well worth it. I have cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts grow in it. Those crazy little white butterflies are not happy at all. It has kept out everything but slugs
That looks really impressive and professional. I hope you can find a way to keep those slugs out as it would be a shame to lose your crops after erecting your enviromesh house.
Donna that looks a very professional looking Enviromesh House,..apart from the slugs,.. nothing that eats your crops should bother you,..especially Butterflies laying eggs on Cabbage and the appearance of Caterpillars later,..i am sure you will come up with a remedy to deter slugs
I wished we had thought of a house instead of tunnels that we have to open. I love the enviromesh tunnels we used last year for our broccoli..No worms ! We made another one for the chard this year to try to stop the leaf miners.
Astounding work there. That is every brassica-grower's dream come true. You guys did such a tidy and professional job. Chapeau!
