Last week I started thinning out the autumn joy and transferring some of them to another bed. My wife helped me this morning and we finally got them done. It still took us 2 hrs. with the 2 of us working on it. I had 12 large plants about 2 ft. in diameter. We divided them into 1/4's and planted 1/4 back into the same holes. Then we divided each of the 1/4's in half and planted them real heavy in the new bed. So the 12 plants when we were done became 68 seperate plants. I will try to get a pic of the new bed.

Here is a pic of the new Autumn Joy bed. There are 56 plants in here, and 12 in the old bed.

That is going to be a spectacular show of flowers if they take. The bees will be VERY happy with your work as well.
I can't wait to see them in bloom and when they grow together.
