I planted this bell pepper before the construction started. Anticipating that there were going to be lots of activities going on during the construction, I planted it in a pot and with a single seed. I had planted them on the ground before but no success. That single seed germinated and grew into a beautiful plant. The construction started and it was covered in dust almost everyday and had to be moved here and there every now and then. With all the movement and dusty environment, I was surprised to see it flowering and soon there were little fruits. Arghh!!! the aphids want a piece of the plant too!!! "Oh no you don't, stay away from my plant!" After 3 showers of soap water on alternate day the plant is happy again. Just two more days the fruits would be completely yellow. YIPEE!!! Yipee! ( photo / image / picture from KK Ng's Garden ) Two days more would be yummy with blade steak ... yum.
Enjoy the peppers KK, they look tasty, save the seeds. I would be interested in what kind of recipe you will use the peppers. Pictures? Jerry
