Oh, that is lovely! Would you be so kind and post some photos of the others when they bloom? I recently found that I have a red amaryllis (thanks to the ID from Stewies) and am slowly getting fascinated by them.
I love your "frog crossing" sign. I'm thinking of posting a sign in my barn gardens saying "armadillo heaven" since the little armored critters are making craters in the paths!

I love your amaryllis Donna. It's such a pure, fresh white and it has two flower stems!! I'm looking forward to seeing photographs of all the rest when they flower for you.

Thanks all. If they bloom I will post pic;s.

Cayuga, Yes they are planted outside. They winter over in the ground. I dig them every 2-4 years and thin them out. Last fall I had close to a bushel of bulbs.

It's a beautiful amaryllis and I'm really looking forward to seeing your others in blossom also.

My luck with it .... always the neighbour's Amaryllis is seen in bloom! I don't know what wrong I'm doing. May be I should transfer it to the ground from the pot.
