Ok, I must admit that when I saw the topic name I instantly thought you were talking about a car and was totally expecting to see a picture of your new car on here haha :D :D :D . Aside from that though, that is a great pic. Is it a ruby throated?

Nice shot Barb. I had 3 zooming around the backyard yesterday chattering the whole while. It was nice to see them back.

    LOL

They are quick . I know a trick.
I have a Flower hanger outside the kitchen window. I put the feeder on there. Only about 4 feet from the window.
I have plants on the windowsill an they cant always see me. My bread box is there, an I post the camera on top.

I am wishing for a more modern camera. Hd gave me money for christmas, but dont think I should buy the pricey one I want.LOL Issues an no answers.

Great to see photographs of hummingbirds again. Let's hope it's just the first of many.

Don't know what kind of pricey camera you want, but I don't see anything wrong with what you have. You sure get great pics with it.

    Thanks Kuntrygirl,

i tryed to get a more powerful lens for this camera.
But they dont make them for it.
SLRs are the ones you can put stronger lenses on . They would be excellent for taking closeups of more things........

However ,I have to wait till this one dies , I guess.i have worn out my tiny FinePix.
Oh well I can dream .
