    I've added to my blog pictures of plants grown in Waterbed Boxes, as my husband calls them. The Pac Choy matured in less than 4 weeks. Last night we sauteed it in butter and it tastes just like Pac Choy and very tender. Thanks you all for your interest and more reports will follow as we have broccoli, collards, leeks and Golden Shower Tree planted as well.

    Thanks all;
    I appreciate the support. I've heard that growing plants significantly reduces your carbon footprint and that makes me feel I'm doing something for the environment. Also I enjoy the heck out of it. It's so much fun to share this with serious gardeners.
