Was riding my bike thru town the other day and came across a lady selling flower plants in a parking lot next to a vacant store. Lots and lots of flowers! Found out she's opening the store as a flower shop.
I asked the prices and it was $12 a flat which consist of 32 plants each! Told her I'd be back with my truck! We got a flat of Impatients, Marigolds, Coleus and Moss Rose. Been planting now for 2 days!
When I get done and they grow a little more, I'll take pictures.

You should take more bike rides through town to see if there's any more bargains to be had. :-D Looking forward to seeing all your plants when they establish themselves.

I hope I can find some deals when we get closer to planting in Wisconsin. We are still dealing with frost and I am hoping that the nice weather we had weeks ago and all the budding on the trees, bushes, etc. won't be harmed...
