That is what Gnomes are known as in Sweden. Sounds more like a Japanese car to me! According to a web site I was just in, the Swedish version of Gnomes are Nissen. Don't know if they wear red socks on their heads or not!
I just looked it up also Capt and it said "nissen" means "lite ung tomte" which roughly translated means "little young Santa Claus"! Perfect description
But soon after Christmas, he will be our Mardi Gras gnome. Purple, green and gold are the official colors of Carnival, Frank
Frank, most people do, even New Orleans gnomes. Shirts go first. In South Louisiana, bunches of men get on horses and chase something around, (Sharon, Richard, help me here). When they catch whatever it is, they cook it and eat it??? Couldn't be a gnome, I don't think. Here, everyone takes their clothes off so they can catch lots of beads and get really really drunk.
I change my clothes just a few days ago and now you want me to change into my birthday suit! Maybe at New Years after the gnome brew takes effect. But only maybe.
By 29 February, you will be ready to change them again. And you can do it to much applause on Bourbon Street in the Quarter.
Our Frank in his Birthday suit Hehehe. From what I see on tv you would go to jail if you drop more than your shirt.
