Freeze damage? Not everything

    While last nights hard freeze took out the Cannas, Pentas, Zinnias and a few other things are sad looking but will come back the Knock Out Rose seemed to suck all that cold in and turn it into food.

    These blooms opened up early this morning. I swear these bushes are doing better in the cold than they did at any time last spring or summer.

    What a beauty...surprising what survives the first freezes. Especially with the temps some have been posting from Texas.
