It is real, Mart. You blow a soap bubble outside in below freezing temps, and this is what happens. The temp needs to be at least 13-15 degrees below freezing though. I did something similar when I lived in Alaska. Only it was a litre of hot water and it was 40 below. It went up as water and came down as powder. Glad you liked that, Kate.
