Thanks to this blog post (not mine): http://awaytogarden.com/freezing-garden-herbs-fruit-vegetables, I ran out and bought a salad spinner and froze a bunch of my herbs this evening. Some clever ideas there! Can't wait to pull out my herbs in the middle of winter.
