The maple is now in full color and the show is almost over. As you can see, some leaves are starting to come down from it now. By next week it will be nekid!

Pretty shade of yellow. My yard now is ready BUT I am not. If we only had snow for Christmas day that would satisfy me.

Dan said it was snowing there this afternoon. He lives in Prescott Valley, Arizona. It's about 5.000 foot so it does get snow in winter. It's pretty early for it though. He and Laurel are going camping this weekend, Thursday thru Sunday so I hope they take a lot of warm clothing.

Well, it's lovely for as long as it lasts. A whole year until next time you can see that sight, Capt.

Capt -- the leaves on the ground really shows how the cycle goes, doesn't it? It's such a pretty tree and setting, it would be fun to see the tree after it's "nekkid," covered in snow, and in Spring and Summer. All the stages.
