    Garden Egg Stew Recipe:Egg plant stew- AUTHENTIC NIGERIAN GARDEN EGG SAUCE WITH YAM | Queenvarieties

    INGREDIENTS
    ALL INGREDIENTS CAN BE REDUCED OR INCREASED

    40-45 pieces of GARDEN EGGS
    1 LONG PUNA YAM
    1 RED BELL PEPPER
    1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER
    2 TATASHIE MEDIUM RED
    1 SET GARLIC
    5 RED PEPPERS SCOTCH BONNETS
    1 CUP PALMOIL
    1/2 CUP CRAYFISH/DRYFISH
    1 KNOR CUBE
    Ponmo diced small as needed
    1 FAT BIG ONIONS
    SALT TO TASTE
    BOILED EGGS (OPTIONAL)
    GREEN BELL PEPPER & ONIONS TO GARNISH

    Yes that can be an issue... Thankfully Google Translate is very effective now.

    However when it comes to names of vegetables and other basic stuff - Google alone can do that effortlessly. Without any need for a translator.

    But I agree, since this is an English language forum. Everything should be written in English, so that everyone internationally can understand.

    I am good at scrambling stuff together ! Can probably substitute a regular white potato ! 5 Scotch Bonnets ? Now that will set your woods on fire ! I like spicy but may need to cut down on those !

    No Scotch Bonnets here, and I planted my Bhoot Jolokia seeds only yesterday. So I guess I'll have to wait until I can harvest my Jolokia.
