I dug some more in the garden. I have arthritis in my knees so I can only dig so much each day. Yesterday, I did the grassy part along the fence. I still have some of that to finish. Today, I did a bit more. Now, it's about 10 x 7. I think tomorrow I will dig in the fertilizer and rake it down and plant some peas and lettuce. Then, I can dig some more. Oh, I forgot. It's going to rain tomorrow. We have had enough rain that the dirt is not hard, but it's not wet either. It's very nice for digging. There are fat earthworms in the top eight inches. Must be time to plant something. Dooley

We will get the rain tonight and tomorrow morning. I did not get anything but a few leaves raked done today. I was so tired that I went back to bed for 3 hrs after getting the kids off and Mom up. Then I have been trying, to no avail, to catch up on some of the endless housework around here.

Dooley please take it easy with the digging as you don't want to end up, like me, with two false knees due to arthritis. Slow and easy does it. I worry about you doing too much and being in pain.

Eileen, dr worries about it too so he keeps an eye out and comes and tells me it's time to quit. I did too much last week when I raked and bagged the debris. I had to take pain medication which I try not to do. I thinking working at the library keeps them limber a bit too. Dooley
