That sure is a pretty spot to sit while watching the kids in the pool. Bet they like to splash you too, right? I especially like the heavy upright posts -- gives it a real substantial look and the inside of the ceiling is pretty too.

I was hoping you'd be posting photographs of the finished gazebo. It looks wonderful and is a real credit to all the hard work that was put into it. :-D

This looks great - However I myself would have first planted a tree on that spot, and than built a tree-house (from the top of which I would then shoot paint balls at my friends)!
    :-D

OK jokes aside, I must say that the effort gone into building that - Is indeed worthy of commendation. So I give it a 10 out of 10! :) I myself have seen examples of such solid construction which are more then 100 years old, and still going strong! So if maintained properly, this too will last for a very long time.

Oh, wow! That is a magnificent gazebo! You should be proud. How lovely, how inviting, and how well-made. I do hope that everyone who enjoys it remembers to thank the person who built it.
