    I don't know anything about Geums but I bought my first 1 this spring.It is red orange,forget the name. It must be pretty tough because I let it set around for quite a while trying to find a spot for it.It is planted & looking good.Hope it lives over the winter.

    They are pretty tough. The sales ones live outside in the frames in their pts and have been frozen solid in the pots a few times over winter. We lose more to drought than to cold, especially the G. rivale types.
    PS. The one labelled Moorland Sorbet must be mis-named as the proper colour is pale pink.
