Hello I'm Ged Kirby a trainer/teacher in gardening, hotriculture and animal husbandry for 14-16 youths. Have about an acre of land that I use for this purpose. Helps to introduce the younger generation to plants, flowers and inparticular vegetables. My home garden reflects my affection with Greece and contains many of the hardier Mediteranian plants.
It's lovely to have you with us Ged and I hope you'll show us some photographs of your garden. You sound as though you have your hands full but it must be so enjoyable!!
A warm welcome to you from the wintery coasts of Norway. Teaching youngsters how to grow sounds very rewarding. I'm very fond of Greece too, but unfortunately can't grow any of the plants found there. I can, however, grow lookalikes, and I do too.
