Geese family

    We had several geese stop by on their way up north this Spring.

    A few decided to stay with us. Now we have babies!!!!

    aw, they're cute. But then again I know they can make a mess in the yard.

    They are so cute but I'm am fed up with peacocks.I don't see geese at all except flying over South and then back again North.

    Great shots DaphDaph of the cute little ones and their parents. :-D Geese on your lawn certainly cut down on the mowing you have to do and they even leave fertilizer behind them as well. ;)

    Those babies are cute! Be careful Daph Daph...those geese can get very aggressive and their droppings contain Salmonella.

    Unfortunately that's not my yard...I wish...the lake is beautiful! This is an open area by the lake.

    The geese are so cute (the young), but they can be as mean as a rabid dog! :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    Looks like next year you may have more visiting geese. They sure are pretty to look at and interesting to watch.
