If I'm too busy, too stressed or too preoccupied with making a perfect Christmas my Christmas mood just refuses to make an appearance. When I realize I'm forgetting to enjoy myself when preparing for the holidays I play a Christmas song sung by the Swedish tenor Jussi Bjørling. I found this version on YouTube. I hope you'll take time to watch it since there are several very nice photos from Sweden showing winter landscape and Christmas decor. It's not too different from Norway. Beautiful scenes, some are simply stunning and some I would love to be sitting there in person enjoying the view.
Hi Droopy, that was lovely scenery, and a great singer!,i enjoyed that very much, here is one for you from Ireland, its Silent Night,in my Native Language,Gaelic, sung by Enya. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUthEE_gR_w&feature=related
Droopy your video clip was so enjoyable. Not only for the wonderful tenor and song but the beautiful scenery too and Christmas lights. Philip yours is entirely different but is also a wonderful clip and very relaxing. I do like Enya.
What a nice video, Droopy. Mr Björling's voice is just superb, isn't it. I know of his work, but in the operatic arena. I hear him on the radio once and a great while. I enjoyed the song so much and the nice pics were just great as a background. Well...you take it easy now cause christmas is nearly here and then you can deflate, with your feet up. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........
