So glad that that darn varmint was NOT in my kitchen! I hate rats and mice anyway.

Some time ago, there were news reports of giant 3 FOOT LONG RATS in NYC. Eeewwww...

Hollywood could make another thriller movie about giant rats eating the world.

WOW what a size!! I've seen big rats before but nothing quite as big as that one. I hope they've blocked up the hole it got into the house from. I wouldn't like to see a rat like that around here.

Oh my stars, some of our Texas rats have gone north!
There was a movie about rats that had a theme song Ben, about a certain rat.
We have voles and field mice, and the occasional Norway rat in the barn, but nothing of that size!
    Where's my shotgun? :smt067

If everybody in the world had seen my instructional video about building a better mousetrap:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaysEyai ... re&index=2

Than the world would have indeed become a better place! Seriously, it's the filth we ourselves generate daily - That makes these rats become so big. We toss it in landfills everywhere and forget about it. Until something like this rises up from it, and turns around to bite us back!

Hehehehehehe... I sound like Jeff Goldblum in Jurassic Park 1, don't I? The scientist who no one listens to, until it's too late. :D

UGHHH! If I found a rat like that -or any rat for that matter- in my house I would be moving out. Quickly.

We don't have them that size but I do have a friend who takes care of them if they come too close.

I think I would've jumped on the table and screamed, too.

I am glad there are owls around here that catch the rodents, and even though I really hate snakes, at least they also eat plenty of rats and rodents.
