Cabbage is one of the things we trade for rather than grow our selves. Our garden is very small so we let friends grow the cabbage and we always have citrus and such to trade with. Here is the story of a couple heads of this cabbage. Let us know what ya think.

They look good. There's only two ways I like cabbage, coleslaw and grilled. Yep grilled. Core the head and stuff it with butter and your favorite seasonings. Replace a plug at the end. Wrap in foil and place on the grill until it feels soft. Its sooooo good. A little crispy instead of mushy.

Donna... I never really timed it. I'd guess around 1/2 hour depending on how hot your fire is. I just give it a poke to see when it feels soft.
