Spent the day on the allotment today to try and beat back the jungle that has grown whilst we were on holiday. I grow a few flowers to cut and bring home, and I grow glads really for my mum as they were the first flower my dad ever gave her. Well, as we won't be seeing her until next weekend, I figured I should have this picking and don't they look wonderful!

I always think that glads are such stately flowers and yours look great EJ. Mine have come to nowt this year with all the heavy rain we've had so it's really lovely to look at the ones that you've grown.
