    These are Goldfinch in their winter plummage. I like them much better in their
    bright yellow and black summer colors!

    Our goldfinches have started to frequent the garden too CK - winter must definately be on the way.

    We've got finches, but not goldfinches. I like the sound they make when a big flock of them are munching sunflower seed.

    Wow Capt nice shot! I get them here also, but I can't ever seem to get this close to them. I need a better zoom I guess. Thanks for sharing.
