Goldie, Collecting her Toll

Goldie came calling in the cold this morning to collect her toll so we wouldn't have to get out in the cold. We didn't go out yesterday so she collected a pancake and a biscuit this morning.
She is just leaving with her biscuit.

She's very thoughtful in coming after the toll so we don't have to stop when we go past. But, she thinks she should still get toll when we go past, too. She's a very clever little dog.

So now she is collecting her toll, even though you don't go out! ha~ha! Smart Goldie! And she is a cutie!

 

That's in case you go by and she misses you!

What a smart little thing she is. She gets rewarded for her initiative...and that's as it should be. Bless 'er.

 

She is so cute how could you resist not paying the toll.

 

It was very windy here today and her sign blew away. I think she didn't have it fastened very well. But, if she comes around she will get her toll. I heard the mailman paid her toll, too. He didn't have any bread so he gave her a dog biscuit which he keeps in his mail vehicle. She does get fed on a regular basis but the way she scrounges you would never know it.
