    Oh nooooooooooooo....
'Tis the season, but not to be jolly, right. Ach, that is really too bad, Cayu. I am getting a mental image of you lying in a pink mud bath that is actually a tub full of calamine lotion with a pink mud pack on your face and a towel swaddled around your head....the cucumber slices will be optional.

So then, you are gonna need an ocean of lotion to stem a sea of troubles.

Oh Cayuga, I do sympathize with you. We have had poison ivy here, but thankfully it is now eradicated and if any pops up, it's gone fast!
Be watchful, be careful, and send hubby out to the weedy area!

Oh No ! Then you have to take care of his itching ! You know what a pain men can be when something like that happens ! For sure do not burn any live or dead poison ivy ! Inhaling the smoke or being around it can send the itching through the entire body and the eyes !

Sounds like a most interesting plant. However it doesn't exist in my part of the world... But I think I will try and get the seeds of it, somehow - Should prove to be very effective in my constant battle against my annoying neighbor.

Actually, the poison ivy is mainly along the roadsides. Last weekend was our townwide "pick-up-trash-day, & (while you're at it), pull-garlic-mustard day".

We were all well covered up & then scrubbed with the Tech-nu but wouldn't you know it, the poison ivy still broke out a whole week later!

BTW, we found some Trucker Bombs. Not nearly as many this year as in past years, but there were still some. Google it if you don't know what they are.

Oh dear S-H. I am beginning to wonder what your life purpose would be without this annoying neighbor.

I looked up trucker bombs— I find that habit disgusting. You have to wonder what sort of upbringing those people had.

Those type of people, with that sort of an upbringing, (or rather we should say a near total lack of an upbringing) - Are referred to as the Great Unwashed. A broad-spectrum term, covering all types of uncultured and shameless behavior.

In my culture, such people are called "maadir-piddar azaad", literally meaning *liberated from both mother and father*. The word liberated (azaad) is used as a taunt. Therefore the whole phrase means, someone who can no longer be held accountable for his or her disgusting actions. As they have either rebelled from their parents - Or the parents themselves have disowned them after suffering a lot of public humiliation, (or the parents have long been dead due to embarrassment)... End result is that you now cannot complain about such people to their parents.

I have wondered what would compel truck drivers to do that. Ridiculously tight time schedules? Greed causing one not to stop for a break?? It is hard to comprehend.

OK I just thought up of a solution, the answer was right in front of us!!! You already have all the raw materials...

Step 1. Make some condensed and concentrated extract of poison ivy.

Step 2. Collect all empty disposable PET soda bottles.

Step 3. Coat the Insides of all the bottle caps with the extract of poison ivy.

Step 4. Set up an unmanned roadside stall for these Truck Bombers, who are unfortunate enough to have a PET bottle at hand. Put up a sign which says, Take One For Free!

Step 5. Enjoy drinking ice cold lemonade, as you watch these Truck Bombers speed out of your county at warp speed!!!

Yes I know what you all are going to say now. That only I could have thought up of doing something like this! Yeah, I'm honestly flattered, thank you.
