It has drizzled rain for 10 hrs. today, but we needed it. We were almost 5 inches down on rain. We have gotten 1/2 inch so far. But it has been cool and damp, so I fixed ham potato soup and BLT sand wiches for dinner. Boy were they good.
Sounds yummy and just the thing for a rainy day. I wish it would rain slow here for 10 hours. We sure need it.
It is sad when the rest of the world gets more rain than the temperate rain forest. Even Arizona and New Mexico are out pacing us in inches of rain for the last several months. But I am growing tomatoes this year and a BLT sounds so good! I can trapse out to the garden and then make my own :-D
