Took this flower down in Oregon, on the coast. Does anyone have any idea as to what it is?

    Lonicera periclymenum?

I offer this as a suggestion, not from my own experience, but because I recognise the bloom from a photo I saw just recently

I have just noticed that I think I have the same flower all over the sundeck where I feed the birds and the hummers are always around it. I never gave it a thought until today, I'm not really into gardening now, one time I had greenhouses etc and supplied local shops.
