    As this is the first year that the kinglets have been visiting for food, I kept hoping that they would stay for the winter, well I think they will now. It has been 30 days since one arrived. Took this today.

    Kildale, what are you feeding them? It looks like mini-burritos! I'd love to get a bird to eat from my hand, or even close to it (other than the chickens, who look upon me as a traveling feast and want to sit on my shoulders!).
    We don't have kinglets, so doubly appreciate seeing your photos.

    You obviously have the magic touch with the birds that visit your garden Kildale. Only the robins here will feed from our hands.

    Word is obviously spreading on the "bird internet" that you are not to be feared and that other birds can come and eat right out of your hand :)
