Got the "dumpster" plant stand set up

    For anyone that missed my previous post, I found this stand by my office dumpster.
    I took it home, did a little mending, coated it with water seal. Bought some plants off the mark-down rack (Vinca and Creeping Jenny $1.00 each) and topped it off with a Queens Tears that's been indoors. Had to buy one more container ($1.00).Then dug around to find some knick-knacks to fill it in.
    Not bad for $3.00, huh?

    OK you've got me turning pea green Cheryl. :smt088 That plant stand looks like new now and is going to give you years of pleasure. As you say - not bad for only $3 dollars. I looked at a similar (with only 4 shelves) one at our local garden centre this morning and was amazed that it was priced up at £59.99p ( about $95.85)!! Now you know why I'm turning colour.
