I have an arbor with a need for grapes. My preference is Thompson seedless. Any -one 's expertise would be appreciated.

Have no idea about California. I have reds with seeds but vine is so old I have no idea what it is. Likely a muscadine type.

    Mart,

Thank you. Do you make wine?

    Inquiring minds,

Check with a good local nursery. Years ago I check with Rain Tree Nursery in our locality and purchased a grape called Interlaken. It is a seedless green sweet grape that it pretty tolerant to our cool, damp weather. It produces excellent grapes with bunches that don't all ripen at once, so we get table grapes through the fall. If it stays dry we have even had raisins develop on the vine that were yummy.

I never would have found this excellent-for-me grape if I hadn't found a good nursery, that could answer my questions and offer good suggestions. :stew1:

Thank you for the nursery idea. I have a guy who is amazing. He will get me whatever I want.

    Enjoy your day.
