Okay, this isn't my favorite vegetable, but I didn't see a topic for my question. I wonder how I will know when Cauliflower is ready to harvest.
I read that Cauliflower should be full, but the sections should not seperate. Also, I tied outer leaves together to keep it white, but it says the rain may seep in on top and cause a problem. I think I'll take it out soon. All three heads look just about ready.
