You in the UK may be familiar with Gavin Munro's artistic one of a kind orchard but I just ran across his unique craft/art. Maybe some of you would like a look too? http://fullgrown.co.uk

Anyone wanting to attempt a new endeavor?

I had often though about doing that, but always gave up on the account that I never heard anyone else do it before... Now however I'm inspired once again - So thanks for sharing!!! :D

At first I thought, "that doesn't look comfortable". After seeing the final sanded/layered appearance of the chairs with arms I was in love. Quite the investment in time for planning, constructing forms, planting, growing, training, harvesting and then the awesome finishing. Someone is going to be very lucky.

It's really a unique idea but definitely not something I'd be interested in doing nor using. I do admire his patience to plant and train a piece though.
