I've got some Ginger going that my Aunt gave to me this Spring. She got the original plants years ago from one of her aunts that lived in Louisiana.
They are growing great and putting out "babies".
Is it best to transplant these as they sprout? Will it hurt to leave it in the container with the "parent"?
I live just North of Houston and the plants are in containers and they get mostly sun and they get a good drink everyday. And they get fed approx. every other week.
Should I be doing anything else to promote them to bloom?
