Hi all, I have a question..I found a good sale at WalMart the other day. Hyacinths and tulips for $1 each. They are nice bulbs with tops on them. When can I plant them? I am in zone 8. Do I have to wait until after the last frost? I grow mostly lilies, but when I saw how beautiful and how cheap these were I couldn't pass it up. The tulips have shot up just since I got them. :?:
