Well, thanks to Sjoerd, I've managed to back-up everything on my computer on to a 2GB memory stick. Thanks Sjoerd. However, the problem still needs fixing as it's obviously some sort hardware connection glitch (as it was with the last computer). I'm still trying to get hold of the manufactueres, and actually speak to a person, as the shop refuse to do anything until I have a "Report Fault Number" from them. So I'm home again with the 'puter ARRRRGGGGG!!! Why the shop wouldn't 'phone them and get it sorted for me I just don't know. :-? This is driving me crazy!!
If I ever get through to technical support at the manufactureres Sjeord I'll mantion that to them. Thanks again for all your help.
