    We had a storm come through about 4:15 pm yesterday and only lasted about 10 minutes. But it dumped 1/4 inch of rain and some hail. Two of my tomato plants got beat up some, but didn't damage the tomatoes themselves.

    Good grief, Capt'n! Who needs THAT sort of gang, eh? Not me, that's for sure....hail no, not me!

    We didn't get that storm here. Pity as we need some rain. But hail I could without!

    I didn't need it either, the hail or the rain! We are still above 12 inches of rain for the year.

    Glad that your hailstones were not any bigger. I would love more rain too, but I can skip the hail also.
