I wanted something to hold several candles on the coffee table for Halloween and it might have become apparent to you all that I am not one to go spend a lot of money on something when I can make it out of items that someone else might consider throwing away.

I had a 9"x12" cake pan that was unusable for cakes any longer....I had some glass half-marbles... some orange paint....a black Sharpie marker...and a Halloween song I remembered from music class in first grade....and this is the result.

The verses around the pan are especially great - and I love the way the half-marbles of glass jazzed it right up. Perfect.
