Missy does look pretty in her costume. My oldest daughter dresses up her dog Fred, he is a black mix of Jack Russell terrier and unknown donor. But he loves to look snazzy. He even wears sweaters in winter.
I showed Feliz the pictures of office cat and Spooky, and she gave me the "cat look" which meant I'd better not try that. We did have a Golden Retriever/Collie mix that loved to have a Christmas bow stuck on top of his head. He'd walk around with that on him for hours, looking pleased with himself. Sometimes a dog just needs to look pretty . . . .
I think Spooky looks just right for Halloween being all black the way he is. The costume suits him to a T and brings out the colour of his eyes.
