Thank you all for the good wishes. We were undecided what to do. We had planned a day trip but with the weather looking bad we couldn't decide if we wanted to be gone all day and leave Chance inside. We finally just decided to do lunch somewhere. We went to Conroe which is about an hour's drive. We went to Ryan's Steak house. It was good and we saved five dollars on lunch by waiting by the door for four minutes. The girl said the prices changed at 1 pm and seniors got free drinks and a dollar each off. We had the same lunch as four minutes earlier. It rained off and on all the way home but nothing serious so we had a good day and a good lunch. We'll do a day trip when the weather is better. I think we'll just have a sandwich for supper as lunch was more than usual. dooley
