I got my hearing aids yesterday and what a difference! I went out and fed the birds this morning and could actually hear them cussing me out for being so late! I wish now I had gotten them years ago. I didn't realise how much I was missing!
Wonderful news CK. Now you've got no excuse though for not hearing your wife telling you what chores need done.
Eileen, I had them leave the selective hearing option activated for when my wife trys to put me to work!
I'm pleased for you Capt. Enjoy your new-found hearing. You'll be rewarded in spring if you stand the birds' cussing this winter. They'll sing sweeter than ever for you alone.
I had a feeling you might choose to have that option CK. I think most men with hearing aids choose to keep it.
CK, now if I could only get you to talk to my sweetie :-? It would really help him, but he isn't ready yet. Glad you are enjoying all the new/old sounds. :-D
