My sweet daughter called tonight and ask if I would like to meet her half-way (between our homes) and have lunch (nice town with lots of great restaurants.) What plans do you have to celebrate Mother's Day?
Hope everyone has a fun-tastic Mother's Day. I will be supervising the digging of bamboo for a friend who is coming over to get some for their retaining wall. With any luck I will make it to a garden center or two and back before they arrive. The local paper even mentioned some great nurserys in the region that I should visit.....hubby said he'd take a newspaper and chauffer me.:-D

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! We celebrate ours in February, so we're done with it this year. Today is Liberation Day in Norway, so flags are up.
Happy Mother's Day all. I'm hoping all the housework will be taken care of for me and I'll be able to spend my day in the gardens (And maybe a trip to the garden center!)

Happy Mothers Day to all Mothers today. I'm already enjoying mine. I've already been brought breakfast and coffee, a card, and a window picture to hang in a window (stained glass) of a potted flower-this my 10 yr old did this morning. I'll have to post a picture of this stained flower pict. I'll be enjoying dinner later. So in the meantime I'll be playing in the dirt.
