I am hoping to learn from everyone here. I love flowers and watching things grow. I also love birds and feeding them; this year in Spokane has been a joy to feed them since we have had so very much snow. The birds can't find their way to the good earth below the mountains of snow everywhere here. My name is Myrna and my wish is that all reading here and everywhere will have a great 2009.

Thank you everyone! Currently the only item in my garden is snow. Last year I did have luck planting snow peas, my favorite vegetable. The climate in Spokane is usually very moderate, with the 4 Seasons, but never severe. This year however we have broken records with our snow fall. Thank you again for your warm welcome!
