We've almost finished digging up all the potatoes we grew this summer.

A big job that we are glad is almost done. Do you think we will have enough to last us over Winter?

We also save our own seed so that adds a lot of pounds to the harvest.

We probably have about 400 pounds. Since we save our own seed for next year, that probably brings us down to 250 pounds, maybe 275.

I think we'll have enough. We planted about 5 different varities - Yukon Gold, Russet, Cariboo, Fingerlings, and Chieftains.
